Wavestrider Boots

Borys owns a pair of Galefridish-made sharkskin Wavestrider boots. They were newly created by the Order of Solis and given to him as a reward for joining the order and helping during the quest dealing with the Beast of Barural's Delve.

The boots are a level 4 feet slot item.
They possess a magical property where if the wearer starts their turn on a solid surface, they can move across liquid as if it were normal terrain. Should they end their turn on liquid, they will fall in.
They have a daily power, where as a minor action the wearer can move across liquid surfaces as if they were normal terrain until the end of the encounter.
